Refund policy
Returns
We accept returns within 30 days of the delivery date.
To be eligible for a return:
- The item must be unused, unworn, and in its original condition.
- The item must be returned in its original packaging with all tags, accessories, and documentation included.
- Proof of purchase (order confirmation or receipt) is required.
Non-Returnable Items
The following items cannot be returned:
- Gift cards
- Digital products or downloadable content
- Personalized or custom-made items
- Clearance or final sale items (unless defective or prohibited by law)
Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items
Please inspect your order upon arrival.
If you receive an item that is damaged, defective, or incorrect, contact us within 7 days of delivery. Include:
- Your order number
- A description of the issue
- Photos of the item and packaging
We will work to provide a replacement, exchange, or refund as appropriate.
