  • Orders are typically processed within 1–3 business days after payment is received.
  • Orders are processed Monday through Friday, excluding holidays.
  • You will receive an order confirmation followed by a shipping confirmation email once your order has been shipped.

We currently ship throughout the United States. Delivery times may vary depending on your location and the shipping service selected during checkout.

Address Accuracy

Customers are responsible for providing a complete and accurate shipping address.

Future Stars Series is not responsible for delays or additional shipping costs resulting from incorrect or incomplete addresses provided during checkout.

Lost or Delayed Shipments

Once an order has been transferred to the shipping carrier, delivery is the carrier's responsibility. If your package is significantly delayed or appears to be lost, please contact us, and we will assist you in working with the carrier to locate your shipment.

Damaged Packages

If your order arrives damaged, please contact us within 7 days of delivery. Include:

  • Your order number
  • Photos of the damaged packaging
  • Photos of the damaged item(s)

We will work with you to resolve the issue as quickly as possible.

Order Changes and Cancellations

If you need to change or cancel your order, please contact us as soon as possible. We cannot guarantee that changes or cancellations can be made once an order has entered processing or has been shipped.
